Learner goals and capabilities

Our MBA Consulting Project program combines rigorous academic training with hands-on experiential learning to deliver actionable insights and strategies for a business. The goal of the project is for students to develop a strategic recommendation for a customer segment that outlines the situational and competitive assessment, unmet or underserved customer needs, product features and benefits, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation.

Throughout the project, students will perform industry research to better understand the market dynamics related to a specific business industry. This immersive experience not only enhances their problem-solving skills but also ensures that the recommendations are both innovative and practical. The end goal is for businesses to receive a comprehensive and tailored strategy that is ready to be implemented, providing a significant competitive advantage in the marketplace.

  3. Final Presentation
