The Student Dimensions of Wellness project aims to create a video series explaining health, wellness and the 7 dimensions of student wellness in a friendly, engaging and creative way. The videos will be used to promote holistic wellness throughout campus, shared on MacEwan University's YouTube channel and in the myHealth at MacEwan meskanas course. The videos should be 1-3 minutes in length and provide a brief introduction to each concept.
- Research health, wellness, and 7 dimensions of wellness
- Create a script for each video with references
- Create a short video for each of the following topics: health, wellness, and the 7 dimensions of wellness including academics & career wellness, emotional & mental wellness, environmental wellness, financial wellness, physical wellness, social & cultural wellness, and spiritual wellness
- Follow the MacEwan University content guidelines
- Please note: videos will be posted on YouTube, used in myHealth at MacEwan, and shared with the campus community.
- The successful student applicant will be able to meet with the project supervisor throughout the project. This time will be used to provide information, guidance and feedback and answer any questions the student may have.
- Supporting research and reference materials may be provided.
