This project would result in an organizational strategic technology plan that would provide a roadmap to guide the organization from our current reality to where we need to be in the future with regard to the technology and infrastructure as we build the teacher organization of the future.

* mission and vision statement alignment

* needs assessment

* technology initiative descriptions

* goal statement and rationale

* objectives (measurable and observable)

* hardware, software, facility and human resource requirements

* staff development plan

* itemized budget and rationale, evaluation method, and ever greening schedule
