Join Inspirely — a fast-growing Canadian education startup — and gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and community outreach!


This internship places you on the front lines of real-world learning, helping promote Inspirely’s hands-on STEM/STEAM kits and youth workshops at community festivals, school events, and corporate showcases.


You'll work closely with our founder and team to drive impact, grow brand visibility, and support innovation in youth education. You will gain experience in event sales, outreach strategy, product marketing, and customer engagement, while contributing directly to Inspirely’s social impact and sales growth.

Deliverables

Students are expected to:


  • Promote and sell Inspirely’s STEAM kits at community and education-based events
  • Assist with event booth setup, takedown, and logistics (signage, inventory, displays)
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the booth throughout each event
  • Restock inventory as needed and ensure all product displays are tidy and complete
  • Handle POS transactions and provide friendly, in-person customer support
  • Support pre-event kit assembly and packaging
  • Engage teachers and school representatives to generate future partnership leads
  • Introduce Inspirely’s offerings to corporate visitors/CSR leads at events
  • Create short-form content during events (photos, videos, reels, captions)
  • Submit an end-of-project summary report that includes:
  • Sales and inventory numbers
  • Key customer and partner conversations
  • Observations and suggested improvements


✅ Project Outcomes & Deliverables


At the end of the project, students will submit:


  1. Event Summary Report (template provided), including:
  • Total kits sold, inventory moved, and event-by-event breakdown
  • Notable teacher/corporate interactions or leads captured
  • Feedback on Inspirely’s engagement methods and booth design
  • Suggestions for improvement or expansion


  1. Social Content Portfolio
  • 5–10 pieces of promotional content from the event experience
  • (e.g. photos, Instagram reels, short videos, stories, or captions)


  1. Lead Contact Sheet
  • A compiled list of warm leads generated during the project
  • (e.g. teachers, principals, CSR contacts, event organizers)


Top-performing students may be invited to future Inspirely roles, paid event support, affiliate sales, or Riipen FuturePath placements.
