Details

Meet the Motivators Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young women and girls. The organization seeks to enhance its funding capabilities by developing a comprehensive grant proposal strategy. The project involves identifying grant opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals. Learners will collaborate with program directors and the development team to gather necessary information and data. The project aims to equip learners with skills in research, writing, and communication, enabling them to craft compelling grant proposals. This initiative provides an opportunity for learners to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, contributing to a cause that makes a significant impact on the community. The project is designed to be completed within 80 hours by a team of learners from a single academic program.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed report of identified grant opportunities and a minimum of two completed grant proposals. Learners will also provide a presentation summarizing their research findings and proposal strategies. Additionally, a reflection document outlining the learning process and challenges faced during the project will be submitted. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply their skills in a practical context.
