The main goal for the project is to design and develop educational workshops based on systematic reviews of relevant literature and interviews with mentors and specialists. The project aims to collaborate with students to support the process by familiarizing themselves with the research, identifying and categorizing relevant papers and specialists, taking part in interviews, and summarizing important findings from relevant studies and interviews. The project also involves working with researchers to draft the guidelines/main themes of the workshop based on the results.

Tasks for learners to achieve the project goal include:

- Familiarizing themselves with the research, types of academic papers, and specialists.

- Identifying and categorizing relevant papers and specialists.

- Taking part in interviews with specialists.

- Summarizing important findings from relevant studies and interviews.

- Working with researchers to draft the guidelines/main themes of the workshop.

By the end of the project, participants should deliver:

- A comprehensive report identifying the key areas of need.

- Documentation of the process and relevant papers identified.

The student will be working closely with our team. We will support them with anything they need to succeed. Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as our research projects, current understanding of our field of research, input on choices, problems, or any other issues the students might encounter.
