Details

This project aims to address the critical issue of workplace harassment and discrimination against women by examining existing legal frameworks and their effectiveness. Students will delve into key workplace protection laws, such as sexual harassment policies, anti-discrimination laws, and whistleblower protections, to assess their role in safeguarding women. Through the analysis of real-world case studies, learners will evaluate company policies and identify gaps in enforcement or support for victims. The project will culminate in the development of comprehensive strategies to enhance workplace safety, including policy reforms, employee training programs, and resources for legal support. By applying classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios, students will gain a deeper understanding of the legal and social dynamics at play in workplace protections for women.
