Aaron Aubin Consulting Inc. (Aubin) is an Indigenous-owned consulting firm working in Canada to deliver tailored and innovative solutions to clients. Aubin pursues client relationships and projects that empower meaningful dialogues between Indigenous communities and government and corporations. Dedicated exclusively to projects that deliver societal benefits, Aubin has provided Indigenous engagement, planning and advisory support for complex and high-profile community-building and infrastructure projects across Canada. Aubin’s four core services areas include Indigenous and Stakeholder Engagement, Community Planning and Development, Strategic Planning and Capacity Building.

- Awareness building - training session (videos, workshops)
- Policy drafting
- Creating a toolkit for small business
- Exploring and presenting on the benefits of having D&I (internal and external)
- Government requirements - for diversity
- How to accomplish and implement D&I
- Explore potential barriers/challenges of having D&I
- Explore gender-based analysis
- Explore contractors - Partnerships with Consultancies
- Explore Indigenous cultural / traditional roles and ways of working
- Creating cultural safety internally & externally
IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:*
- Research and analysis
- Prepare a 5-10 page report
- Present and provide recommendations
FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:
- 5-10 page report
- Presentation on findings
Weekly 1-2 hours mentorship and direct supervision with regular check-ins
