A wonderful and pleasant individual to work and interact with, Crystal assigns high-impact and quality assignments to anyone working for her. Being an early-stage company, there's a lot of moving parts and ambiguity so calibrate expectations accordingly. However this is highly rewarding when you crack open real problems.
