Details

The Lady Instructor aims to empower first-time tenants and international students in Ontario by educating them about their rights, responsibilities, and lease agreements. This project addresses the common challenges faced by these groups, such as understanding rental agreements and navigating tenant-landlord relationships. The goal is to create a comprehensive educational toolkit that simplifies complex legal information into accessible content. Additionally, the project will provide insights into the landlord rental process for those interested in income properties. By bridging the knowledge gap, the project seeks to foster informed and confident renting decisions, ultimately contributing to a more harmonious rental market.
