The main goal of this project is to provide a student with an opportunity to develop and enhance grant writing skills while contributing to a non-profit organization. The student will work towards securing funding to support Keep6ix’s initiatives and projects. Familiarize yourself with Keep6ix’s mission, goals, and ongoing projects and identify potential grant opportunities that align with the organization’s goals and projects. Craft compelling grant proposals tailored to the identified opportunities. Develop detailed project budgets aligned with the requirements of the grant applications Review and finalize grant applications, ensuring they meet all submission requirements and deadlines. Submit applications to relevant funding organizations, adhering to their specific guidelines. Track the status of grant applications and document any feedback or responses received.
Outreach for 123 Petits Pas Inc.
The main goal for the project is to create an outreach strategy to connect with education-related partners and spread the word about the French programming offered by 123 Petits Pas Inc. The outreach will involve creating an information PDF and email template to be used for communication with potential partners.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching various grant opportunities available for organizations focused on diabetes and health empowerment. - Analyzing the eligibility criteria and requirements for each grant to determine which ones I Challenge Diabetes qualifies for. - Collaborating with the I Challenge Diabetes team to gather the necessary documentation and information for grant applications. - Drafting compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate the mission and impact of I Challenge Diabetes. - Submitting grant applications within the specified deadlines and following up with grantors as needed.
