As a networking lab technician, I primarily focused on developing a passkey study website using HTML/CSS, Node, Express, & MySQL. I also aided in the development of Master's and PhD students with their websites and research. I also maintained the webserver and bought and configured domains to host the websites to complete the studies.

First, it recognizes the user's hand and what they are pointing at, determines the object, and then says it orally. It uses two pre-trained models (MediaPipe and YOLO) in conjunction. The app is a prototype that needs to be edited to run on phones.

The implementation involved HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Flask, and MySQL. I also used Flask-login to manage user sessions and permissions for parts of the website based on whether they signed in or not.
