The project will focus on executing actionable strategies that can be implemented within a short timeframe such as prospecting, outreach, social media, blog writing, SEO, etc., ensuring successful market entry and growth.
Social Media Launch Management for Enginehire's New Product
Enginehire is preparing to introduce an innovative product to the market and aims to leverage social media platforms to maximize its reach and impact. The project involves developing and deploying a comprehensive social media launch strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and content creation to design a campaign that effectively engages the target audience. The project will focus on identifying the most suitable platforms, crafting compelling messaging, and scheduling posts to optimize visibility and engagement. By the end of the project, learners will have a clear understanding of how to execute a successful product launch on social media, utilizing their classroom knowledge in a real-world context.
Mobile App UX Enhancement for Enginehire
Enginehire is seeking to enhance the user experience and design of its mobile application to better serve its users and improve overall satisfaction. The current app, while functional, has received feedback regarding its usability and aesthetic appeal. The goal of this project is to address these concerns by refining the app's interface and interaction design. Learners will conduct a usability analysis to identify pain points and areas for improvement. They will then apply design principles learned in the classroom to propose and implement design changes. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of user experience design, mobile interface design, and user testing in a real-world context. The tasks will focus on improving navigation, visual consistency, and user engagement within the app. Our app is used by hundreds of nanny and babysitter agencies, representing thousands of families who post child care jobs through the app and are matched with caregivers through the app (think sort of like Uber for babysitting). It's quite complex and dynamic, and that creates a lot of opportunities for design improvements. We also have a web application, if the team is interested in looking at that too.
Google Ads Optimization for Enginehire
Enginehire is currently running Google Ads campaigns but seeks to enhance their effectiveness and return on investment. The goal of this project is to analyze the existing Google Ads performance and identify areas for improvement. The project will involve researching best practices for Google Ads optimization, including keyword analysis, ad copy refinement, and budget allocation strategies. By applying classroom knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis, learners will develop actionable recommendations to improve the click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
